Camden National Bank recognized in Standard & Poor's report

Mar 29, 2021

Camden — Camden National Bank is the only Maine-based bank to be recognized as one of the 50 best-performing U.S. community banks with assets between $3 billion and $10 billion during 2020, in the S&P Global Market Intelligence annual rankings, released March 23.

“We’re very proud to be included in S&P Global’s list of top 50 large community banks, as our entire team of employees has worked diligently over the past year to provide superior support, products, and guidance for our customers, while giving back in the communities we call home,” said Greg Dufour, President & CEO of Camden National Bank. “Receiving this type of recognition is significant in any year, and it is particularly special to receive this honor in light of the challenges we all faced during the pandemic.”

In 2020, Camden National Bank received record customer satisfaction and employee engagement survey scores. Eight out of 10 consumer customers responded as very likely to recommend Camden National Bank to friends and family. The bank’s annual employee engagement survey also saw the highest score since its inception in 2014.
