Camden library offers virtual lunch with a librarian

Apr 09, 2020
The public can share 'Lunch with a Librarian' by signing up with the Camden Public Library.

Camden — Even though the Camden Public Library will be closed through the end of April, the public can still enjoy the smiling faces and infinite wisdom of local librarians from home. Every weekday in April at 1 p.m., the library will offer an opportunity for the public to chat with a librarian via the Zoom application during the “Lunch with a Librarian” hour. A different librarian will be on call each day to answer questions about books, films, technology, and more.

Staff from the library’s Walsh History Center will be answering questions on Mondays, for those with an interest in local history. To attend one of these Zoom meetings, participants must request a link by visiting the “Lunch with a Librarian” feature on the library’s homepage at librarycamden.org.
