Camden Hills Regional High School schedules destruction of academic records.

May 24, 2018

Camden — Camden Hills Regional High School has announced that the cumulative academic records for the Class of 2010 will be destroyed beginning June 15, 2018.

Federal regulations — under the Family Educational Privacy Act —stipulate that rights to these records transfer to students upon turning 18. As such, records will only be released to students with appropriate identification (license, passport, etc.) or to parents of students who present both signed permission from their student and appropriate identification.

2010 graduates who would like to have their cumulative record, should call the school counseling department (236-7800 ext. 3360/3361) with questions or to make arrangements to pick up their record. The permanent high school transcript will be maintained in perpetuity.
