Camden Hills annual plant sale is back

Camden — The Camden Hills Regional High School horticulture & gardening class annual sale will take place Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 at the greenhouse on campus. The greenhouse is located in back near the loading dock area of the school. Organizers will limit the number of people in the greenhouse and masks will be required.

Vegetable and herb seedlings, as well as a wide variety of annuals and perennials will be on sale. All plants are grown using organic practices and there are always new varieties, including heirlooms.

In addition to plants, organizers may have bags of organic compost for sale, if the compost is ready for distribution. Each bag is about 40 pounds and sells for $6.

The sale takes place Saturday, May 15 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sunday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to noon. All containers are $3 each. Buy three and get a fourth for free. On Sunday, all items will be: buy one, get one free from 9 a.m.to 11 a.m., and the last hour everything is $1.

All proceeds support the Horticulture/ Gardening & Sustainability programs at CHRHS.
