Camden artist's gallery moves into summer

Jun 12, 2019

CAMDEN — Page Gallery welcomes the summer season with "Frolic," an invitational group exhibition about play and recreation. The show includes figurative work celebrating the joy and adventure of summer, still lifes that nod to the music and hobbies that occupy our leisure days, and abstract sculptures that play with the lyric and calligraphic qualities of metal forms.

Page Gallery will show paintings by Colin Page, David Graeme Baker, Gideon Bok, Drew Ernst, Jessica Lee Ives, Peggi Kroll Roberts; photographs by Sal Taylor Kydd; wood engravings by Siri Beckman; and sculptures by James Wolfe.

The opening reception for "Frolic" is Thursday, June 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition will be on view through July 22.

Page Gallery is located at 23 Bay View St. For more information, call 230-8048, email or visit
