Thomaston — A pre-application for a proposed four-unit subdivision off Brooklyn Heights Road has been submitted to the planning board for review.

Applicant and property owner, Bill Bird, of BFE, LLC in Warren submitted the application to Assessors' Agent David Martucci, outlining basic information about the 8-acre parcel.

The proposed subdivision does not have a name.

Residential dwellings, Greenfield Apartments, currently exist on the property at 26 Brooklyn Heights Road. The lot is a rural-residential zone and the subdivision would exist behind the apartment complex, adding three lots.

The agent for the property is listed as J&D Engineering & Surveying Inc. of Waldoboro.

The Thomaston Planning Board is scheduled to have a pre-application meeting with J&D Engineering & Surveying Inc. on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
