Have you ever wondered how hard cider is made? How to make your own?

Come to our Homemade Hard Cider class next Wednesday 10/23 @ 6pm, held at the UU Church of Belfast.   Space is limited- please reserve your spot by calling the Co-op at 338-2532 or by stopping by the store.  Questions, please contact Jamie - jamie@belfast.coop

Join Leo Coronado in this introductory cider making class.  Leo is the Co-op's Beer and Wine buyer and Owner-operator of Luna Negra Maine Cidery and Winery.  Find out more about Luna Negra Cidery and Winery and donate to their campaign:

In this class, we will discuss all the facets of home cider making- from sourcing of apples, pressing,  blending, and deep dive into the requirements and processes of fermentation.  We will have some hands-on time with a press and cover all the equipment needs, should you want to make your own.
