Beebe teaches nature art for February series

Rockland — Youth ages 8 and older are invited to a drop-in Art Workshop Series at the Rockland Public Library, entitled "Drawing from Nature with Susan Beebe." The workshops will take place on Saturdays, Feb. 15, 22 and 29, at 10:30 a.m. in the library’s Community Room.

Participants will learn drawing skills that will allow them to draw anything realistically. The workshops are free and open to the public. All supplies are provided. Sign-up is encouraged, but not required.

Susan Beebe, a lifelong artist, is an art teacher and nature lover. She currently works with Leaps of Imagination. The Rockland Public Library is located at 80 Union St. Call 594-0310 to sign up or for more information.
