The Bayside Trio

Rockland — Bay Chamber Concerts’ popular Music@Noon series returns Wednesday, Oct. 18, with the Bayside Trio at noon in the library of the downtown Farnsworth Art Museum.

Presented in partnership, the hour-long lunchtime concerts offer an opportunity to take a midday musical break in the relaxed atmosphere. Tickets include a freshly-prepared lunch provided by Atlantic Baking Company plus access to the museum following the performance.

Widely recognized for its dynamic and imaginative approach, the Bayside Trio is a bold new voice in chamber music. Pianist Anastasia Antonacos, flutist Nicole Rabata and cellist Benjamin Noyes are internationally acclaimed prizewinners and recitalists and have appeared throughout the Northeast and beyond since Bayside’s debut performance in 2006. They will perform “Not Just a Place: Dark Memories from an Old Tango Hall” by the British composer Cecilia McDowall; Astor Piazzolla’s sensuous “Four Seasons of Buenos Aires”; and Three Bagatelles by Paul Schoenfield.

Tickets are $30, $10 younger than 25; series subscriptions are available for a 20 percent savings. For tickets and more information, visit baychamberconcerts.org. The series continues Wednesdays, Nov. 15, Jan. 17, Feb. 21 and March 21. Media Sponsor is The Camden Herald.
