In our series of classes in August we will learn basic watercolor techniques –
Wet in wet, Wet on dry, Building up color and Gradient washes. With simple warm-up activities, begin to understand how watercolor really works and get comfortable with your paints. Experiment with both transparent and opaque watercolors and explore color and composition inspired by simple nature studies and designs. Special emphasis on individual creative goals and expression will be encouraged.
