ROCKPORT — Coastal Mountains Land Trust’s final Arts on the Hill program of the season brings Bennett Konesni and his fiber arts to Beech Hill Preserve on Sunday, Sept. 15, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Konesni will lead a demonstration of fiber arts at 5 p.m. – bring your drop spindles, spinning wheels, or knitting. Kirtan chants, an ancient call and response form of chanting with instrumental accompaniment, begin at 6 p.m.

A potluck dinner follows at 7 p.m. Participants should bring their own plates and silverware, as well as a dish to share with the group. Drinks and glasses will be provided by the Land Trust. Moonrise is at 7:28 p.m.

This promises to be a wonderful end to the summer series! Free and open to all ages, but please leave your dogs at home.
