Hallowell/Statewide — The Harlow presents "Art2021," its 26th annual juried show, now through May 29. There will be a closing reception Friday, May 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. with an awards ceremony at 5 p.m. Juror Barbara Sullivan selected 81 works of art by 75 artists from around the state to be included.

Sullivan is a painter/sculptor and installation artist living in Maine. She works in the age–old medium of fresco, which she learned when she was the head cook at The Skowhegan School of Sculpture and Painting. Her relationship to the Maine artistic community is long and involved. Read more about Sullivan at harlowgallery.org/post/juror-art2021.
