American Legion Post 30 holds benefit breakfast

Camden — American Legion Post 30, 91 Pearl St., Camden, will be holding a benefit breakfast on March 24 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The breakfast is to help out Lee Dodge, a Vietnam Veteran and 39-year member of the post with expenses he and his lady, Marlene, are incurring for travel to and from Togus VA hospital two to three times a week, and also to help when Lee is able to travel to the VA hospital in Massachusetts.

Breakfast consists of blueberry or plain pancakes, sausage, eggs, sausage and gravy, toast and drinks for $8 & $5 for children under 10.  Doors are open to the post at 7 a.m. for early birds. The Legion asks for your help in spreading the word on this breakfast to help out a veteran in need.  For more information, call Jeff @691-2270 or Frank @236-3310.
