Adas Yoshuron prepares for annual Christmas dinner

Rockland — Members of Adas Yoshuron Synagogue and many community volunteers are getting ready for the 28th Annual Christmas Day Community Dinner at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 11 White St.. The meal features appetizers (donated by area restaurants), followed by roasted turkey (donated by Mainely Poultry) with all the trimmings, and an array of delicious desserts (also made by area restaurants). Meal coordinator Lisa Breheny promises great food, good company, music and lots of holiday cheer for anyone who attends this community event.

Appetizers are served at noon and dinner at 1 p.m. The meal is free to the public; all are welcome!
