Aztec Two-Step

Rockland — Iconic folk-rock duo Aztec Two-Step — Rex Fowler and Neal Shulman — will perform Saturday, Sept. 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Strand Theatre, 345 Main St.

Formed in 1971, Aztec Two-Step became renowned for bringing the music of the 1960s into the ‘70s and beyond. The duo’s classic Elektra Records debut and subsequent albums on RCA were staples of progressive FM and college radio, and they have spent a lifetime making music together ever since. Aztec Two-Step continues to impress audiences with intelligent songwriting, dazzling acoustic lead guitar and inspiring harmonies; and the duo remains one of acoustic music’s most respected and enduring acts.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door. Lobby and balcony bars will be open for those age 21 and older. For more information, visit; call 594-0070, ext. 3; or email
