Begin your dinner with Weskeag Oysters - $1.50 each - raw: cucumber mignonette or broiled: bacon, spinach, cream


  • SPRING ASPARAGUS RISOTTO – smoked chicken thigh, Parmesan crisp
  • PAN-CRISPED RICOTTA GNOCCHI – tiger shrimp, sweet peppers, grilled eggplant
  • HARTSTONE SALAD – baby arugula, feta cheese, toasted hazelnuts, white-balsamic vinaigrette


  • PLANTAIN CRUSTED COD - passion fruit beurre blanc, jasmine rice, tropical fruit salsa
  • STEAK FRITES – herbed fries, béarnaise butter
  • CAVATAPPI PASTA – grilled chicken breast, crimini mushrooms, spinach, rosemary cream
  • BUTTER POACHED MAINE LOBSTER - angel hair pasta, sugar snap peas, vanilla beurre blanc - add $10


  • GRAND MARNIER SOUFFLÉ – orange crème anglaise
  • LEMON CRÈME BRULEE – strawberry-rhubarb compote, chantilly cream,
  • DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE TART – raspberry coulis

Orders can be placed by phone at 207.236.4259 daily, from 11 am until 7 pm. Curbside pickup of orders can be arranged between 3-7:30 pm.
