CAMDEN — An exhibition of more than 30 original paintings of the Maine landscape by South Bristol artist Sally Loughridge continues at the Camden Public Library in the Picker Room Gallery through the end of August. New paintings have replaced sold work.

"The process of painting always excites me as I observe and connect with nature," Loughridge says. "I feel more alive when I paint."

Loughridge shows her work extensively throughout the Midcoast in galleries and juried or invitational shows. The library is at 55 Main St. For more information about the show, visit librarycamden.org.
