Midcoast Forecast - October 15, 2018

After a sunny start Monday morning, clouds and showers rolled into the Midcoast during the afternoon as a cold front moves in from the west. Showers will continue through the evening and early night before coming to an end during the late night. Rainfall totals will range between 1/4" and 1/2".

Skies will clear into Tuesday as cooler and drier air rushes in along brisk winds keeping high temperatures in the 40s and low 50s. The wind strong west wind will also make for rough seas. A secondary cold front will push through late Wednesday continuing the windy weather and bringing the chance for a few spotty showers with light snow possible in the higher terrain.

High pressure will build in during the late week which will bring us more sunshine and eventually reign winds in briefly on Friday.
