Weather Brief Oct 12, 2018

Midcoast Forecast - October 12, 2018

Clouds remain locked in Friday with some light rain along the immediate coast as the remnants of Hurricane Michael race by to the east well offshore. We'll see some clearing into the overnight but clouds will build in once again as an upper level disturbance moves in from the west and sweeps through New England Saturday. This will touch off a few light showers mainly early in the day with some snow possible in the high terrain of the western Maine mountains. Temperatures will remain chilly with highs only in the 40s to low 50s dipping into the 30s Saturday night.

Sunshine will be back Sunday as high pressure moves in from the west helping temperatures to rebound back into the 50s. Another round of showers moves in on Monday with clearing into Tuesday.
