Schedule announced for Warren Day, June 23

Warren — Warren Day organizers have announced the following schedule of festivities, set for Saturday, June 23. All events take place on Main Street in the village center, unless otherwise noted.

8 a.m. -- Monkey Butt 5K run

10:30 a.m. -- Parade, featuring Kora Karts, floats, princesses, cars, horses, Boy and Girl scouts, followed by sports award ceremony.

11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. -- Fun and games, including musical entertainment by Walk The Line, bounce house, games, kids' play area, craft and face-painting tent.

Noon -- Chicken barbecue; $12 per plate.

1 p.m. -- Whoopie pie eating contest

3 p.m. -- Godspell Jr., performed by the Second Congregational Church

5 to 8 p.m. -- Simplicity Brewing Co. fundraising seafood dinner and karoake

5:30 p.m. -- Auction preview

6 p.m. -- Auction at Mason Hall, Route 90

The Godspell Jr. production at 3PM on Saturday will be performed by the Youth Musical Theater, a group of talented young performers from the Second Congregational Church and directed by Amber Hagin. There is also a second performance on Sunday at 3PM.
