Rockland — Walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to meet at the Rockland Public Library, 80 Union St., every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to go on a 30- to 45-minute walk around town as part of the “Wednesday Walkers” Walking Group. Walks will be led by librarians, as well as occasional special guests, and no walker will be left behind.

The walking club is intended for adults; children and teens are welcome if accompanied by a parent or caregiver. In case of inclement weather, participants are invited to walk indoors downstairs at the library. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver of liability. For more information, call 594-0310.
