Amazing machines at South School

Students in Carolyn Schwartz's fifth-grade class at the South School were asked recently to build models of special machines that do homework. Each student also had to write up a detailed explanation of how such a machine would work. The students came to class with machines built from cardboard boxes and tin foil and all manner of household products. Click here for more pictures.
