ROCKLAND — Police released information Jan. 16 on a two-vehicle car crash that occurred Jan. 9 on Old County Road.
On Jan. 9 at approximately 10:58 a.m., the Rockland Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Old County Road near Box 108. Suzzanne Mank, 58, of Warren was traveling north on Old County Road in her 2009 Subaru Outback. Stephen Lord, 77, of Union was traveling south on Old County Road in his 2000 Buick Park Avenue. Lord drove his car over the center line, crossing into Mank’s lane. The Buick side swiped the Subaru which caused significant damage to both vehicles and both vehicles are considered totaled.
Old County Road in Rockland was briefly closed Monday morning south of Limerock Street due to the crash.
Both drivers declined medical attention.
