Derek Gustin, 30, Owls Head, domestic violence assault on Nov. 3, 2022 in Union, dismissed; disorderly conduct on same day in Union, $250 fine.

Kathy Freeman, 38, Wiscasset, theft on April 22, 2022 in Thomaston, dismissed.

Walter W. Howell, 80, Spruce Head, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait on Oct. 6, 2022  in Warren, $500 fine.

Gardner A. Griffin, 18, Camden, minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

William S. Lunt, 56, Tenants Harbor, untagged lobster traps on Nov. 15, 2022 in Tenants Harbor, $1,000 fine.

Nicholas S. Lunt, 35, St. George, untagged lobster traps on Nov. 15, 2022 in Tenants Harbor, $1,000 fine.
