ROCKLAND — Rockland Police are asking for the public’s help trying to locate two vehicles recently stolen from Rockland.
One is a silver 2004 Kia Amanti with Maine registration 5194XJ that was stolen sometime overnight last night (Jan. 5) from the area of Cedar Street. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside, according to police. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to contact Sgt. Dan Duhamel at DDUHAMEL@ROCKLANDMAINE.GOV.
Additionally, but unrelated, police said a beige 2013 Kia Soul with Maine registration 6829YZ was reported stolen. The vehicle was last seen several weeks ago when it was taken without permission. The vehicle has a cracked front windshield. The vehicle is possibly in Waldoboro or Ellsworth area. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to contact Sgt.
