WALDOBORO — The Waldoboro Public Library offers a series of art lessons for adults beginning Jan. 14. The Saturday classes meet via Zoom from 10 to 11 a.m.

Waldoboro artist Debe Loughlin will lead three classes on different techniques. The first class Jan. 14 is “Watercolor on Clayboard,” the second Jan. 28 is “Acrylic on Old Wood” and the third Feb. 18 is “Gouache on Paperboard.”

Students with questions are welcome to email the instructor at debe.loughlin@gmail.com. Students are expected to provide their own supplies and the library will provide a list of the basic and inexpensive supplies needed upon registration. No experience is necessary.

Those interested must register to receive the link to the classes. Class size is limited to 10. Each class is a stand-alone and people may sign up for just one, two or all three.

This program is free of charge. To register, or for more information, call 207-832-4484, email info@waldoboro.lib.me.us or ask at the library’s front desk at 958 Main St. For library hours, visit waldoborolibrary.org.
