ROCKLAND — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Nov. 28 through Dec. 2.

Esther A. Romanov, 27, Lewiston, criminal conspiracy on July 13, 2019 in Warren, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug on same date and place, $400 fine.

Rebecca A. McLaughlin, 66, Sidney, trafficking in prison contraband on Feb. 29, 2020 in Warren, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug, $400 fine with the fine suspended.

Julie Ring, 49, Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, $1,000 fine; violating condition of release, attaching false plates.

Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 41, South Thomaston, theft with priors on March 25, 2020 in Rockland, two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended stayed until Feb. 1, 2023, two years probation; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Amanda McLellan, 39, Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Oct. 19, 2020 in Thomaston.

Taylor Olsen, 30, Rockland, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Antonio Alvarez, 50, Rockport, assault and two counts of violating a condition of release on July 8, 2021 in St. George, all dismissed.

Markus A. Scott, 29, Auburn, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $750 fine.

Jesse W. Knox, 32, Appleton, violating condition of release, five days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, five days in jail, $500 fine; failure to give correct name or address, five days in jail.

Joseph Thurston, 35, South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; OUI with two priors, $1,100 fine.

Kenneth H. Linscott, 63, Washington, OUI, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Tyler M. Coleman, 31, failing to make accident report on July 1, 2022 in Cushing, $500 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $500 fine with the fine dismissed.

Dmytro Zaiets, 35, Spruce Head, engaging in activities while suspended on Sept. 27, 2022 in Spruce Head, $500 fine.

Duston Reed, 40, Friendship, violation of herring rule and violation of reporting requirements on Sept. 10, 2019 in Rockland, both dismissed.

Jason Taylor, 46, Camden, use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 11, 2022 in Thomaston, $300 fine.
