ROCKLAND — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Nov. 18 through Nov. 23.
Geoffrey E. Barrett, 36, North Haven, aggravated assault on April 8, 2021, on North Haven, dismissed; assault, $500 fine; assault, $500 fine with fine suspended; criminal mischief, $500 fine with fine suspended; assault, $500 fine with fine suspended.
Khyllie Cochran, 18, agreed to a two-year deferred disposition on a series of criminal charges. Under the agreement, if Cochran abides by terms of the deferred disposition, a felony criminal mischief charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor and several other charges will be dismissed. The most serious charge had been the felony criminal mischief which was vandalism at Oceanside High School in Rockland on July 13. The other charges are related to a car theft incident in Rockland on July 13 and other crimes in Rockland.
Eric Lutes, 40, Columbia, operating under the influence, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.
Christopher L. Simmons, 39, Friendship, criminal trespass on Aug. 18, 2022 in Rockland, $150 fine.
Benjamin W. Tyler, 29, Searsmont, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait on Sept. 10, 2022 in Camden, $500 fine.
