ST. GEORGE — The St. George Business Alliance’s “Yuletide in St. George” holiday event will be held on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 25-26. Along Rte. 131 and in the villages of Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde, St. George business owners and organizations are holding craft fairs and sales of artwork and antiques, books, holiday ornaments and wreaths, Dutch bulbs, unique gifts, stocking stuffers and food items. Red “YULETIDE” signs and colorful event maps will identify participating locations.

This is the 18th year that more than 20 St. George merchants and non-profits will welcome holiday shoppers to their shops, galleries, restaurants and food venues over Thanksgiving weekend. On Saturday, Nov. 26, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., the Odd Fellows Hall and Wileys Corner Grange will host craft fairs at their St. George locations, and the Jackson Memorial Library and St. George Historical Society in Tenants Harbor will be open with art, crafts and historical memorabilia on display.

The SGBA invites all to support St. George businesses by shopping local this holiday season.
