CUSHING — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in at a home in Cushing.

The department was called shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, to a report of a burglary on Foggy Lane.

The homeowner had been gone since Nov. 17 and upon returning, the owner found the home had been entered. The thermostat had been turned up to 65 degrees and items were taken, including seven gallons of K-1 fuel, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
