ROCKPORT — Representatives from numerous local businesses and organizations showed off what they had to offer in the Best of the Best Gala Wednesday evening, Nov. 16, at the Samoset Resort.

Hundreds of locals packed conference rooms sampling food from local restaurants, putting their names into raffles for prizes and bidding in a silent auction. Organizations and businesses large and small were able to provide information about the work that they do. Midcoast leaders and businesspeople were able to network.

“We are very excited to be back at the Samoset after two years,” said Heidi Brown, MaineStay Media Executive Administrator of Sales and Marketing.
