WASHINGTON — Kenneth H. Linscott, 63, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Washington on Nov. 5, 2022. Ken was born on April 1, 1959, in Owls Head, the son of Maynard Linscott and Miriam Kline.

Ken grew up in Knox County and attended local schools and Georges Valley High School.

In his younger years he worked at the family tire business. He did a bit of ground fishing, but Ken was a drywaller for most of his whole life.

Ken was a “character,” very outgoing, and adventurous. He really enjoyed the outdoors. He was always willing to go out of his way to help someone in need.

Ken was predeceased by his parents and his brother John Linscott. He is survived by his sons Jeremy Linscott and his wife Ashley of Warren and Daniel Linscott and his wife Devon of Dallas, Texas; sister Lettie Linscott of Thomaston; brother Gregory Kline of Rackliff Island and grandchildren Aiden and Sadie.

Services will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
