ROCKLAND — Dinosaurs, princesses, witches, knights, ninjas, wolves, bears, crayons, and more descended on South School in Rockland on Monday for a Halloween celebration. Parents were invited to the school to watch the afternoon costume parade, which, because of the nice weather, took place outside on the track around the football field. Spooky tunes like “The Monster Mash” and “This is Halloween” provided a festive backdrop. For the second year, students were invited to visit the South School Pumpkin Patch to pick a small pumpkin to take home. Pumpkins for the patch were generously donated by Beth’s Farm of Warren.
