ROCKLAND — Key Ford of Rockland is pleased to announce that Shelby Bertrand is their new service manager. Shelby is no stranger to local Ford customers, having previously been service manager for Rockland Ford.

Shelby has over 18 years’ experience in automotive service. She now operates a brand-new state-of-the-art facility and a dedicated team of ten factory-trained technicians who work on all makes in addition to Ford warranty repairs. Shelby invites her previous customers to stop by and say hello. Key Ford of Rockland also welcomes fleet and commercial service work. Their pledge is to get you in and out and back to work.
