ROCKLAND — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Sept. 23 through Sept. 30.

Eliza Rainville, 28, Waldoboro, terrorizing on March 2, 2020 in Appleton, 21 days in jail stayed until Nov. 4.

Christopher Hildings, 36, of Vinalhaven, was acquitted at a jury trial on a charge of assault that had been alleged to have occurred on March 17, 2020 on Vinalhaven.

James Wadsworth, 36, Thomaston, operating under the influence, $600 fine; terrorizing and falsifying physical evidence.

Courtney Stairs, 35, Clinton, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Samuel T. Ward, 21, Thomaston, theft, criminal mischief, failing to notify of accident, and failing to stop for an officer on March 6, 2021 in Thomaston; criminal mischief, failing to notify of accident, operating vehicle without a license, and failure to register a vehicle all on May 1, 2021 in Thomaston.

Crysta A. Bourque, 27, Rockland, theft, on Feb. 19, 2021 in Rockland, dismissed.

Cole Libby, 27, Liberty, failing to make accident report on Aug. 28, 2021 in Thomaston, $250 fine; failing to report accident, $250 fine with the fine suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine with the fine suspended.

Kenneth Brewer Frazee, 23, Swainville, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit on Aug. 10, 2021 in Appleton, $100 fine with the fine suspended, 30-day license suspension.

Katie Clarke, 35, Belfast, criminal trespass on April 21, 2022 in Thomaston, unconditional discharge.

Kyla R. Frederick, 21, St. George, disorderly conduct on July 16, 2022 in Rockland, dismissed.

Chasity J. Hooper, 42, Owls Head, fishing or taking shellfish from a closed area on July 29, 2022 in South Thomaston, $300 fine.

Franklin J. Dodge, 60, Union, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum size on June 18, 2022 in Rockport, $900 fine.

Nathan R. Smith, 30, Ellsworth, use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 6, 2022 in Rockport, $100 fine.
