ROCKLAND — Police are investigating a burglary at a Rockland church.
On Monday, Sept. 19 at 8:20 p.m., Rockland Police and the Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at the Congregational Church at 180 Limerock St. in Rockland. Upon arriving on scene, police discovered that forced entry was made into the church.
Officers searched the church but the suspect had fled prior to law enforcement arriving. This is being categorized as a burglary and is currently under investigation.
