Waldoboro youth soccer registration until Sept. 8

WALDOBORO — Registrations are being accepted for the Waldoboro Recreation Department’s youth  soccer leagues.

The cost is $35 for Waldoboro residents and $45 for non-residents and the program will serve those in kindergarten through sixth grade, with the league set to run Sept. 17 to Oct. 22.

Those in kindergarten through second grade will practice Saturdays 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the former A.D. Gray School in Waldoboro, while grades three and four will play two games per week against Waldoboro and Warren teams and grades five and six two games per week in the Midcoast League.

Registration forms can be found at the Waldoboro Town Office or online at waldoboromaine.org. The deadline for registration is Sept. 8.
