WALDOBORO — The Bay Winds North Wind Ensemble presents a free concert at the Waldoboro Public Library Sunday, July 31, from 3 to 4 p.m., with a rain date of Aug. 14. The concert takes place outdoors on the library’s back lawn and attendees must bring their own lawn chairs.

Based in Rockland, the ensemble is comprised of musicians from high school age to retirees from throughout the Midcoast. Lead by Musical Director Marlene Hall, the group is in its 12th year, performing concerts throughout the year and participating in several parades during the summer months.
