The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from July 1 through July 8.

Robert J. Burgess, 34, Waldoboro, burglary on Dec. 7, 2020, in Rockland, three years in jail all suspended, two years probation, and restitution of $1,113.

Burgess was one of two Rockland men arrested back in December 2020, accused of breaking into Prompto, and attempting to break into the Breakwater Marketplace and the Rockland Transfer Station.

Gary Simmons, 50, Damariscotta, probation violation on a prior aggravated forgery case, 30 months prison.

Antonio Alvarez, 50, Rockport, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $1,000 fine.
