ROCKLAND — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from June 17 through June 24.

Toby W. Stinson, 45, Hope, domestic violence aggravated assault on April 1, 2022 in Washington, dismissed; domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime on April 1, 2022 in Washington, six months in jail; violating condition of release on April 4, 2022 in Washington, three years in jail with all but six months suspended and six months probation.

The affidavit filed by the Sheriff’s Office with the court states that a neighbor reported to police that he saw Stinson grab the woman as she attempted to go into their house. The woman later told police that Stinson had come in the house, grabbed her by the neck and pinned her against a wall. A child also witnessed the attack, according to the affidavit.

Richard Wellington, 69, Owls Head, operating under the influence, dismissed; failing to make accident report on Nov. 30, 2019 in Rockland; failing to stop and provide information; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Jerry P. Poulin, 56, Rockland, burglary on Oct. 9, 2019 in Camden, dismissed; theft and criminal trespass on Sept. 24, 2019 in Camden, 90 days in jail. The theft occurred Sept. 24 and involved more than $500 in cash from the victim, according to the criminal complaint. The state alleges that after the victim suspected someone was breaking in his residence, he set up a surveillance camera and it captured Poulin breaking into the structure.

Misha Steiner, 29, Camden, OUI, dismissed; failing to stop and provide information, $250 fine with fine suspended; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Paul Robinson, 50, Waterville, OUI, 10 days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Kody Nelson Wallace, 28, Nobleboro, probation violation on a prior violation of protection from abuse order, 16 days in jail.

Marcus P. Mrowka, 39, Washington, D.C., OUI.

Tobias Q. Andrews, 30, Rockland, OUI with one prior, 10 days in jail, three-year license suspension, $700 fine.

Jason Walter, 32, Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Cody Olson, 28, Rockland, criminal mischief on Jan. 15, 2022 in Thomaston, $150 fine and restitution of $748.

Zachary Genthner, 30, Jefferson, theft on Feb. 11, 2022 in Thomaston, seven days in jail, restitution of $35; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Allison Warren, 26, Rockland, failing to make accident report on March 19, 2022 in Rockland; failing to stop and provide information; violating condition of release.

Michael P. Flagg, 46, Waldoboro, domestic violence terrorizing on June 2, 2022 in Union, dismissed.

Zachary Blackler, 29, Friendship, fishing without a valid license on April 29, 2022 in Appleton, $100 fine.
