The Rockport Public Library has partnered with the Rockport Harbor and Marine Park to offer a Storywalk during the month of June. A Storywalk is an outdoor movement and reading experience that places a deconstructed picture book, page by page, along a walking route in the community. Visitors to the Rockport Harbor can read “Little Blue and Little Yellow,” written and illustrated by Leo Lionni, from Wednesday, June 22 to Friday June 24. The Rockport Public Library’s Youth Services Librarian will be onsite each day at 11 a.m. to lead a Storytime and craft with all attendees.

The StoryWalk Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, Vt. and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. Storywalk is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
