Twilight play tees off, women rained out at Goose River

ROCKPORT — The following is news from the Goose River Golf Club:

On Tuesday, June 7, in twilight league play, the flight skin winners were:

A/B Flight — Shane Grindle made two on the 15th hole.

C/D Flight — Jon Wickenden made four on 11th; and Warren Marshall made three on 17th.

E/F Flight — Don Benson made four on 16th and 18th; Steve Dodge made six on 10th and five on 13th; and George McLeod made five on 14th.

Pins for 15th hole — Front tees: Shane Grindle, 17-6. Back tees — Kris Welt, 20-9.5.

The 50/50 winner was Jon Wickenden.
