ROCKLAND — Indie soul-folk band GoldenOak performs at the Strand Theatre, 345 Main St., Friday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m.

Fronted by siblings Zak and Lena Kendall, the band is rounded out by up-right bassist Mike Knowles and drummer Jackson Cromwell. GoldenOak’s music is rooted in the natural landscape and elevated with rich folk-influenced sibling harmony. The Maine-based band has built a steady and growing fan base with their energetically intimate style. GoldenOak’s latest album, “Room to Grow,” is a 10-song reflection on the emotional and physical impacts of the climate crisis.

Tickets are $15/Advance; $18/Day of Show; and $5/Students, including college students with ID. Please visit the Strand Theatre’s website for current COVID safety policies. To buy tickets or for more information, visit, call (207) 594-0070 or email
