ROCKLAND — A 30-year-old Friendship woman was charged Thursday, May 19 with felony theft.

Rockland Police, with assistance from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, charged Felicia Libby by summons for Class C theft involving medication and jewelry stolen from a home in Rockland. Additional charges are likely, according to police.

Libby did cleaning for the victim, police said. The theft occurred over the past weekend.
