ROCKPORT — On Saturday, May 21, at 7 p.m., Bay Chamber Concerts presents the Ben Rosenblum Jazz Trio at the Rockport Opera House, 6 Central St.

Award-winning New York City jazz pianist and accordionist Ben Rosenblum is joined by bassist and composer Marty Jaffe, one of New York City’s most active bassists, and percussionist Ben Zweig. Each of these remarkable jazz musicians bring their musical curiosity and global stylistic inspiration to the music they produce as a trio.

At 1 p.m. on May 21, Bay Chamber offers a workshop with the musicians. Rosenblum, alongside trio members Jaffe and Zweig, will lead an hour-long, participatory workshop for Bay Chamber Music School students. The workshop is free and open to the public.

Bay Chamber is committed to making live performance accessible to a broad audience by offering a tiered ticketing system. Concert tickets are $35 for adults age 35 and older, $20 for adults ages 22 to 34 and Pay-What-You-Wish for those age 21 and younger. Properly fitted masks are required for all attendees.
