ROCKLAND — The Center for Maine Contemporary Art (CMCA), 21 Winter St., invites the public to drop by its ArtLab for “Cut and Create: A Celebration of National Collage Day” Wednesday, May 11, from 1 to 4 p.m. with teaching artist Margaret Rizzio.

Using vintage ephemera and colorful papers, the afternoon will be spent creating collages with these unique materials to celebrate the day. Participants can discover unusual forms of art that explore new ways of thinking and creating.

Free for all ages; materials provided. Masks are required for all participants, regardless of vaccination status.
