ROCKLAND — On Friday, April 1, the Rockland Public Library’s used bookstore, the Book Stop, reopens to the public. The Book Stop hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and the store is located on the bottom floor of the library, 80 Union St., outside the community room.

The Friends of the Rockland Public Library have refreshed the Book Stop’s inventory, restocking shelves with gently used books in a broad range of genres: adult fiction, history, mystery, children’s books, art, cooking, travel, and Maine-related books. There are also DVDs for sale, as well as a curated selection of rare and unusual books.

The public is encouraged to drop by to discover what’s new among the shelves at Rockland’s hidden gem, the Rockland Public Library’s Book Stop.
