Statewide, an additional 291 cases were reported during the past day. There was one additional death reported statewide March 30, increasing that number to 2,201.

There were 10 additional people statewide admitted to hospitals in Maine with COVID-19 during the past day, increasing the number at 4,550 since the pandemic began in March 2020.

The CDC reports 94 Mainers currently in the hospital, down from a record high of 436 in early January. Of the 94 hospitalized, 17 are in critical care units and four on ventilators. Ninety-two critical care beds are available in Maine.
