ROCKLAND — Forfeits and handful of head-to-head matches were the norm on Wednesday, Jan. 19 as Oceanside hosted Mount View of Thorndike and Cony of Augusta in high school wrestling.

The team scores were: Mount View 18 and Oceanside 15; and Oceanside 42 and Cony 30.

113 pounds — Maddie Ripley, Ocean, won by forfeit over Mount View and Cony.

120 pounds — Phoenix Martinez, Ocean, won by forfeit over Mount View and Cony.

126 pounds — Oceanside forfeited to B. Bowden, Cony.

128 pounds — Oceanside forfeited to Josiah Miller, MtV.

132 pounds — Gavin Ripley, Ocean, won by forfeit over Mount View, and Cony.

138 pounds — Silas Spear, Ocean, won by forfeit over Mount View. Jacob Barstow, Ocean, was pinned by N. Turcotte, Con.

145 pounds — Jacob Barstow, Ocean, won by forfeit over Mount View.
