Erin C. Ginnaty, 38, Bremen, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit on Aug. 15, 2018, in Washington; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Paul L. Estes, 32, Tenants Harbor, negotiating a worthless instrument on July 17, 2019, in Warren, 90 days in jail all suspended, one-year probation; negotiating a worthless instrument on June 14, 2019, in Rockland, 90 days jail all suspended, one-year probation.

Nicholas J. Simmons, driving to endanger, $575 fine; failing to make accident report and failure to stop and render aid on July 10, 2019, in Warren; assault on the same day and town, $300 fine with all the fine suspended.

Clinton V. Guistra, 53, New Gloucester, domestic violence assault on Feb. 27, 2020, in Cushing, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; disorderly conduct, $250 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Nicholas James Miller, 27, Warren, criminal mischief on March 26, 2020, in Warren, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest, $150 fine; terrorizing, dismissed.

Daniel R. Hefland, 37, Oro Valley, Ariz., operating under the influence, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

George D. Kibitz, 85, South Thomaston, criminal threatening on June 28, 2020, in Rockland, $500 fine.

Myranda E. McClure, 24, Friendship, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

David Moore, 56, Boothbay Harbor, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Catherine Novicka, 66, Rockland, domestic violence assault on Dec. 29, 2020, in Rockland, dismissed.

Janet Mott, 44, Warren, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Braden K. Gamage, 26, Rockland, operating while license suspended, $500 fine.

Gabriel Ruiz, 21, Warren, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 6, 2021, in Warren, 30 days in jail, $500 fine; furnishing liquor to a minor,$1,000 fine, all the fines suspended, 30 days in jail; two counts of violating a condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Sandra J. Bodamer, 68, Union, operating a motor vehicle over a closed way on Nov. 1, 2021, in Warren, $200 fine.
